Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, items may be returned within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition and in original packaging, including all tags for eligibility of a full refund, otherwise will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Sale items are non refundable.
Made to Order/Bespoke/Custom items can not be returned as they are made specifically for the client.
In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be refunded.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please note before returning an item, we must be informed at
Stating the order number, the reason for the return, and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund.
You will then receive further instruction via email from our support team as to what to do for the next steps and provided with a returns address.
All returns must be sent via recorded mail, the item is the customers responsibility until we have received the return. We are not responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit when returning.
A full refund will be credited back to the details in which the transaction was made, within 7 days of receiving the returned item however this may change depending on banks and credit providers and could take up to 30 working days.
Any products purchased outside of www.trimingham.store are not our responsibility and we are therefore not liable to make any refund or exchanges for this. Please contact the reseller directly.
